ArtistValley ships original art from Auroville, Tamil Nadu, to addresses in India. Prices on the site are in Indian rupees (INR).
How a work is sent
The listing and the order say what is included. If a shipping amount is stored for the destination, it is shown on the order in INR. If no rate is stored, the gallery sends a quote instead of guessing a figure. The carrier, tracking number, and dates are saved on the order once the work leaves.
Time
Dispatch follows the note on the work and the confirmation on the order. India time (IST) is the clock used on the site. A tracking link, when the carrier gives one, is added to the order.
Payment
Online payment is not available on the site. The ArtistValley team arranges payment directly with the buyer or the auction winner. Do not send a card number by email or WhatsApp.
