Seller terms

These terms are for artists and patrons who list work on ArtistValley. The gallery is in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, India. Prices on the marketplace are in Indian rupees (INR).
Before a listing is submitted
You confirm that you can sell the work. You accept these seller terms in your studio. The commission rate shown at acceptance is the rate stored for that sale. It is snapshotted onto the order. A later change of the gallery’s rate does not rewrite a past order.
What you list
The description, images, medium, size, and price or auction terms are yours to give and the gallery’s to review. A published work can be bought or bid on. A work marked sold leaves the public sale.
Payment
Online payment is not available on the site. The ArtistValley team arranges payment directly with the buyer or the auction winner, in INR. You are not asked to take a card number on ArtistValley. Payouts to sellers are recorded by the gallery.
Messages
Messages on the site are for the sale and for questions about a work. Do not ask a buyer to send a card number or a password.
