Do I need an account to look?
No. Artworks, artists, and auctions are open to browse. Buying, bidding, and listing need an account.
What currency are the prices?
Prices and bids on ArtistValley are in Indian rupees (INR), shown in the Indian style, for example ₹1,50,000. We do not convert currencies.
What time do auctions use?
Lot times are India time (IST). The server clock decides when a lot ends, not the clock on your phone.
How do I pay?
Online payment is not available. The ArtistValley team arranges payment directly with buyers and with auction winners. You can still place an order or a bid. Do not send a card number by email, WhatsApp, or a message on the site.
How does shipping work?
Works ship within India from Auroville, Tamil Nadu. The order shows the delivery details and any shipping amount in INR. See Shipping for the rest.
What if something arrives damaged?
Write to info@artistvalley.com within the returns window shown for the house. See Returns and refunds.
How do I contact the gallery?
Email info@artistvalley.com, or use the WhatsApp link in the footer. The gallery is in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, India.
