What this site is
ArtistValley is a gallery marketplace for original art. It is not a bank, a law firm, an insurer, or an investment adviser. Nothing on the site is tax, legal, or investment advice.
The work
Works are offered as described by the seller and as approved by the gallery. Colour on a screen is not the colour of the object in the room. Sizes are the sizes stored on the work. A certificate of authenticity is the one stored on that work, when the seller has added it. If a listing is wrong, write to us on WhatsApp and we will correct it or take it down.
Prices and bids
The price or the bid on the screen is the amount in the currency shown. We do not convert currencies. A bid can be refused if the lot has ended, the increment is too small, or the reserve rules are not met. The end time printed on the lot is India time. The server clock decides the close.
Payments
A payment counts as received when the payment provider confirms it. If the provider is not connected, checkout cannot take a card. The gallery will not ask you to type a card number into WhatsApp or into a message on the site.
Tax
Whether GST or any other tax applies depends on the invoice and on the tax settings the gallery has saved. Confirm the treatment of a sale with your own adviser. This page does not state a GST rate and does not invent a GSTIN.
The site can be closed
We may close ArtistValley for maintenance. Visitors then see the message the gallery has written. We do not promise that every search result, image, or listing is free of error, or that the site will be available at every moment.
Limit of this disclaimer
These words are the gallery’s own notice. They sit beside the terms and conditions. They do not remove a right you have under Indian law that cannot be waived.
