A woman in an orange blouse and violet sari crouches over her basket, holding up a fish for a customer. Bold outlines, bangles and anklets, and a patchwork of bright colour capture the everyday grace of a South Indian market. Mixed media with vegetable colours on canvas, 24 x 30 in.
