Lord Ganesha sits in serene majesty, his form built from layered, textured strokes in soft grey-green, crowned and adorned in gold and red. Around him, a lattice of folk motifs and temple patterns hums with colour. A devotional work typical of Suriyamoorthy's love of the elephant-headed god. Mixed media on acrylic, 24 x 30 in.
